Separator:
Hand made to help all throwers learn the proper position to throw from.
The elastic harness and waist anchor system design allows you to throw normally
but aids in delaying the shoulder strike so the legs learn to lead the throw.
It can be used for shot and discus athletes as well as javelin throwers
and are used to both delay the throwing shoulder AND keep the blocking shoulder
from "dumping" out. You get more correct reps in training so you'll throw
farther sooner and reduce the chance of injury. These are custom made to
fit the athlete- call for sizing instructions.
