Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee: Intrex imposes a Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee of $2.97 per month, not reflected in the monthly service pricing. This fee is used to offset expenses incurred to comply with obligations imposed by regulatory agencies and includes the offsetting of the Federal Universal Service Fund payments made to the ILEC. This fee is not a tax or charge imposed by a government entity.

Residential DSL service is not intended for commercial use. It is intended for periodic, active use of e-mail, user newsgroups, file transfers, Internet Chat, Internet games, and browsing the World Wide Web. Customer agrees not to provide any public information services over his/her connection to the Internet (such as running a web, e-mail, or gaming server) and not to share and/or resell the connection with/to other persons or entities outside the service address. Intrex Internet Services reserves the right to block certain well-known ports used to provide ingress access to Internet servers and services. In the event that Intrex Internet Services determines that Customer is violating this non-commercial use policy, Customer may be requested to cease the activity resulting in the violation, or to upgrade to a Business DSL account, which allows such use, or the account may be terminated. Furthermore, Residential DSL service is to be used at residential addresses only. By ordering Residential DSL, Customer warrants that the service address is a residential address and not a business address. Only Business DSL service should be ordered at business addresses. In the event that Intrex Internet Services determines that Customer is violating this policy, Customer will be requested to upgrade to a Business DSL account and will be charged an amount equal to the difference in price between Residential and Business DSL for the entire period beginning on the install date, and an upgrade fee of $50.
