Payment Options
Monthly Billing

In order to pay for your Internet service on a monthly basis, you must set up automatic billing to a credit/debit card or have it drafted directly from your checking account.
To set up credit/debit card billing, log into Your Account to submit your credit or debit card information online. You may also call us at 919-573-5488.
To set up bank drafting, complete and print the bank draft authorization form. You will need to sign the application and attach a voided check. Then fax the form to Intrex at 919-573-5489, or mail it to Intrex.net, 3601 Bastion Lane, Suite B, Raleigh, NC 27604.

Yearly / Biyearly Prepay
|
You can prepay for your Internet account on a yearly or biyearly basis. With this option, we accept payment in the form of cash, money orders, checks, or credit/debit cards.
