Billing Schedule
Monthly Billing
|
If your account is set up on monthly billing, your account will be billed on the first of each month for service for that month. For example, accounts will be charged on May 1 for service from May 1 to May 31.
Any new services added mid-month will be billed a prorated amount the day the new service is added. For example, if you add content filtering for $3 per month on May 12, your account will be charged $1.94 on May 12 for content filtering service up to May 31.

Yearly / Biyearly Prepay

If your account has been prepaid for 1 or 2 years, it will not be automatically renewed upon expiration. You must give Intrex your express permission to renew the service.
New accounts are billed upon account activation. Existing accounts are renewed upon notice from customer.
