In order to use our formmail, copy the code in the box below and paste it into your web editor (notepad, etc.). Make sure that you edit the page to set the email recipient to where you want the form sent. Also remember to edit the redirect page to the appropriate page. Generally the redirect page is a thank you page or a confirmation page for filling out the form.

This is just an example of a commonly used form. You can modify much of the code below depending on the design of your web site, and what information you would like the form to hold.
