Using your favorite FTP Client, FTP to ftp.intrex.net for IIS or 209.42.192.245 for Apache and log in with your username and password. If you don't have an FTP Client, you can download WS_FTP.

You can also use Internet Explorer to upload your files by typing ftp://username@ftp.intrex.net in the web address field. Press enter, and type in your password when prompted.

You should then see a WWW directory within your home directory. Upload your files into that directory, and remember to name your main page any of the following: default.htm, default.html, index.htm, index.html, or default.asp.
