Internet Explorer 4.x

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click on Tools, then click Internet Options...

  3. Click on the Connection tab
  4. In the Proxy Server section, click the box next to "Access the Internet using a proxy server" so it is checked
  5. In the address field type filter.intrex.net, and in the Port field type 8936

  6. Click OK, and you are done
