1. Double-click the Mail icon.
2. From the Mail menu, choose Preferences
3. Click the arrow box on the Check accounts for new mail pop-up list and choose Manually.
4. Click the Create Account button.
5. Click the arrow box on the Account Type pop-up list and choose POP Account.
6. In the Description field, type username@intrex.net.
7. In the Email Address field, type username@intrex.net.
8. In the Full Name field, type your name. What you enter here will be displayed to anyone who receives email from you, in addition to your actual email address.
9. In the Host name field, type pop.intrex.net.
10. In the User name field, type your username.
11. In the Password field, type your password.
12. In the SMTP Host field, type smtp.intrex.net.
13. Click on the Account Options tab.
14. Check the box next to Delete messages on server after downloading.
15. Click the OK button.

The Mail application is now configured to check your Intrex email account.
