Right-click the Speedster icon
Click Pop-Up Blocker...

Under the Options tab, check "Enable PopUp Blocker" to allow blocking of web site pop-ups
Check "Block floating Flash-Ads" to allow blocking of Flash ads that are displayed within some web pages
Check "Notify blocked pop-up by PC speaker beep" to have your computer beep every time a pop-up is blocked
Click OK when done
