Right-click the Speedster icon
Click Statistics...

The statistics window shows your speed savings
Click the "Details >>" button to view detailed statistics on what type of data has been accelerated
Click the "Reset" button to reduce all the values back to 0
Click OK when done

You can also view quick statistics by placing your mouse over the Speedster icon
