To start the Internet Connection Wizard, click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, then either point to Internet Tools (if you haven't set up an internet account before) or Communications (if you have set up an internet account before), and click on Connection Wizard.
The Internet Connection Wizard will first ask how you want to set up your computer to connect to the Internet. Select the third option, which states, I want to set up my Internet connection manually....
Click Next.
