To start the Internet Connection Wizard, click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, then either point to Internet Tools (if you haven't set up an internet account before) or Communications (if you have set up an internet account before), and click Connection Wizard.
Select I want to set up my Internet connection manually....
Click Next.
